CEO: A Journey of Leadership and Vision

Our CEO’s journey began on the high seas, working on cruise lines for six years. His passion for the industry and leadership skills led him to the UK, where he served as a Beverage & Catering Manager for three years. Seeking new challenges, he transitioned to Amazon Germany, where he started as a Delivery Service Partner (DSP). In 2021, he founded XLiefer GmbH, a delivery service company that now employs 130 drivers for Amazon. His extensive experience in both the cruise and logistics industries laid the foundation for the creation of Megative Teams, bringing a unique perspective on efficient and effective staffing solutions.

CHRO: The Heart of Human Resources

Our CHRO’s professional journey also began on cruise lines, where she worked for three years. Her expertise in people management led her to the UK, where she thrived as a Recruiter. In 2021, she joined XLiefer GmbH as an HR Manager, playing a pivotal role in shaping the company’s workforce. Her dedication to fostering a supportive and inclusive work environment is now a cornerstone of Megative Teams’ philosophy.

CFO: The Financial Strategist

Our CFO’s background in finance and experience with another DSP in Germany as a Finance Manager for three years made him an invaluable addition to Megative Teams. Joining in February 2024, he brings a wealth of knowledge in financial management and strategic planning. His keen eye for detail and commitment to financial integrity ensure that Megative Teams operates with the highest standards of accountability and efficiency.

Dual Role Dynamo

Our HR Manager for both XLiefer and Megative Teams since 2022 highlights her versatility and expertise in human resources. Her ability to manage diverse teams and foster a positive work culture has been instrumental in shaping the identity of Megative Teams. Her dedication to employee satisfaction and development is at the heart of our mission to provide personalized and accessible recruitment services.

One of our key outside support members, a former sommelier on cruise lines, has honed his expertise in delivering top-notch service. Another crucial outside support member has 15 years of experience as a Headwaiter. Her leadership and organizational skills are second to none. Her ability to manage large teams and ensure seamless operations is a testament to her dedication and expertise. Her insights into the intricacies of the service industry are invaluable to Megative Teams.

Our Casino Manager has equipped himself with exceptional skills in operations management and customer engagement. His experience in creating memorable experiences for guests translates into our commitment to providing exceptional service to both clients and candidates.

The Receptionist with a Warm Welcome

Our experienced receptionist from cruise lines brings a deep understanding of the importance of first impressions and customer service. Her friendly and professional demeanor ensures that every interaction with Megative Teams is welcoming and positive.

The path to establishing Megative Teams wasn’t without its challenges. During the COVID-19 pandemic, recruitment faced unprecedented difficulties. Many crew members decided to settle in their home countries, leading to a significant reduction in available talent for cruise lines and related industries. Despite these setbacks, our team remained resilient, adapting to the changing landscape and focusing on innovative recruitment strategies.

During our four years as an Amazon subcontractor and in haulage logistics with Megative Logistics, we, along with our combined experience, have hired nearly 1,000 people from all around Europe in various positions. HR has always been our main focus. We play fair and insist that companies we recruit for do the same. This commitment to fairness and integrity is at the core of everything we do.

The inception of Megative Teams was a collaborative effort, born from the collective experiences and visions of our diverse team. With a vast database of individuals seeking work in Germany and on cruise ships, and a robust network spanning Southeast and Central Europe, we recognized the need for a recruitment agency that offers personalized service and streamlined processes.

Gathered together, we decided to form Megative Teams as part of Megative DE GmbH. Our mission is to help companies recruit the best talent while providing easy access to job opportunities, personalized service, and straightforward pricing. Despite the recruitment difficulties posed by the pandemic, we are dedicated to returning to the “ships” by actively recruiting for cruise lines and related industries.
