Everyone needs to go trough a recruitment process. Here are the steps you would need to go trough to set sail on some of the most luxurious cruise ships in the world.
Application through our website
Please enter your contact details, experience and upload valid documents. We will check them trough and get in touch with you once the check is complete.
Initial Screening
Will be done as soon as you submit your application.
Skill check
We will set up a meeting with you (informal) and have a 30 minutes chat about the history of your employment, evaluate your language skills and see if you are fit to go trough the interview.
Preparation for interview
Once we decide you are fit for the position and your skills are fit for approaching the representative of the company you are applying for, we will prepare you for the interview.
Interview
This will be held in your surroundings, with a representative of the company you are applying o work for. You will get the preparation in the previous step.
STCW, Medical and Seaman’s Discharge Book
Once you have passed the interview, we will be working closely with the company to arrange your onboarding date. In the meanwhile, you would need to do your medical exams to obtain a seamans book. As well as your STCW Course.
C1D & Schengen Visa
If requiered, you will be asked to make apointments to arrange USA CID Seamans Visa or Multiple entry Schengen visa. You would already have your Employement contract ahead of this apointments.
Preparation
Once you have all the documents, we will work together towards the start of your contract, to make sure you have all you need to start. This includes Flights and additional instructions.
Fly & Bye
Once you fly out, you are in good hands of the company you work for. At this point, our work is done. After all, we just recruit
