Megative Teams is seeking dynamic Remote Recruiters to join our exclusive team, focusing on talent acquisition for various clients in Germany, cruise ships, and occasional global opportunities. We are looking for motivated individuals who are ready to take on a rewarding challenge.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Talent Acquisition: Identify and attract top talent within your region.
• Candidate Selection: Evaluate and select suitable candidates via phone, email, or WhatsApp.
• Engagement: Increase recruitment efforts during peak seasonal periods.
• Exclusive Advertising: Utilize Megative Teams’ advertising channels exclusively.

Requirements:

• Professional Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Language Proficiency: Strong command of the English language. Knowledge of German is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
• Responsiveness: Ability to respond quickly and efficiently to inquiries and tasks.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong PC skills and familiarity with recruitment tools.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of EU GDPR and basic employment regulations.
• Exclusivity: Commitment to working exclusively with Megative Teams for all recruitment activities.

Preferred Candidates:

• Freelancers: Preferably freelancers with the flexibility and independence to manage their own schedules.
