Pricing Specification:
One-Off Price: This applies to the recruitment of employees on an "ad hoc" basis without a defined contract and without further obligations.
Partner Price: This refers to the price per employee under a partnership agreement between Megative Teams and the client company, applicable for both limited and unlimited periods, and ideal for high attrition or seasonal hiring needs.
Exclusive Partner Price: This applies to an exclusive partnership agreement, where Megative Teams is the sole company authorized to recruit for the client.
All agreements are subject to German Employment and Corporate laws. Partners are required to provide due diligence confirmation to ensure full compliance with local labor laws.
We will reject partnerships that might lead to a conflict of interest.
A 50/50 payment option is available upon agreement. However, Megative Teams assumes no responsibility for the employment of the candidate beyond the signing of the contract between the Partner and the Employee.
