The team at Megative Teams is truly exceptional. It comprises former HR Managers, CEOs of other companies, Recruiters, former Cruise Line crew members, and enthusiastic newcomers. We have diligently sought out individuals of high caliber, followed their journey to success, and developed a product that can cater to various industries while remaining adaptable to market demands. Situated in Kabelsketal, Germany, we are strategically positioned at the heart of Europe, bridging connections from east to west and north to south through our diverse language skills and nationalities. At MT, our goal is to streamline the recruitment process, making it as straightforward as possible.
Who is Megative?
Bruncher
This guy is way more efficient than all of us. He finds people he needs, send them where they need to be and goes for brunch. Like a real Project Manager.
Office Cat
Never leaves the office, treats people kindly, feels their mood, and than scratches when necessary. Basicaly HR manager.
Money Guy
He will be sitting on that excel until 27:00 and still shout at you when you buy a stapler. Finance at it’s best.
Never there
We don’t know what she does or where she goes, but clients just keep popping out of nowhere. We thing she might be Client Acquisition Manager.
Starhunter
This guy just brings stars to our days. Recruiters are real Starhunters.
